I had a great experience! The nail technician (Vivian?) was incredibly nice, polite, and professional throughout the entire appointment. She paid close attention to what I wanted, making sure the length and shape were exactly as requested. The end result is excellent—my nails look neat, clean, and absolutely beautiful.
